Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at W Hotel Sentosa Cove. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of bottled water and a view of the glass-block of restaurants and retail shops at Quayside Isle. However, the lack of a balcony was a slight downside. The service was a mix of poor communication skills with some staff and exceptionally friendly and eager-to-help attitude with others. The location is lovely, right on the harbor with a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby, but a bit far from the main attractions like Resorts World Sentosa. The dining experience offered a good variety of foods, although a few mishaps were encountered. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a large relaxing tub, offering a wonderful retreat. The pool was bigger than what I usually find in hotels in Singapore, adding to the experience. However, the dining experience was a bit lacklustre, which was the only downside during an otherwise exceptional stay.
The hotel had a lively atmosphere with music playing 24/7, but our room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina was really nice. However, the pillows could use some upgrading, and the early check-in took longer than expected.
The hotel offers excellent views and spacious rooms with a larger balcony space, creating a fantastic ambiance. However, navigating the mood lighting on the first night was challenging. The service, while not exceptional, included pleasant greetings and efforts to accommodate our needs. The location, though lovely with nearby eateries, felt neglected compared to other resorts and posed challenges for traveling outside Sentosa. The dining experience had a decent spread but lacked variety, with a standout service making up for it. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were amazing, especially with the beautiful view of the swimming pool. The service was beyond exceptional, and the location was perfect for both city life and relaxation. The dining experience at 'The Kitchen Table' was delicious, but it's better to skip the room with breakfast. Overall, a fantastic experience with great amenities.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was really nice with its own private pool, decorated in 'love' theme including a bouquet of helium balloons. The service was top-notch, and the location was great for exploring Sentosa. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired with one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. Overall, a mixed experience but worth it for the beautiful room and excellent service.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, clean as always, but the dining experience was not as per my expectations. However, the friendly and proactive service along with the superb location made up for it.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, even accommodating my family and our luggage comfortably. However, I missed the usual welcome chocolates and notes that I usually receive at W hotels. The location near Quayside Isle was charming, offering a serene environment with lovely marina views, though some aspects fell short of the typical W standards. Breakfast was a satisfying buffet with a variety of options, although there could have been more choices available. Overall, a positive experience with a mix of ups and downs.
I couldn't have been happier with my stay! The rooms were spacious, the beds were super comfy, and the hotel's location within the spa made access to the pool and spa incredibly convenient. The breakfast was top-notch but a bit pricey.
